	Randall J. Crook D.D.S. Academy of Laser Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Dental Association, Graduate of the University of Tulsa, Loyola University School of Dentistry, US Air Force dentist. Dr Crook started his practice in Tulsa in 1976. He is married to Jenny and he has two daughters, Jessica and Elizabeth.
	Angie Mott, RDH Dental Hygienist Academy of Laser Dentistry, American Dental Hygienist Association, licensed as Dental Hygienist in 1987. Worked with Dr Crook since 1991. Angie is married to Dan and has two boys, Brandon &Trevor.
	Ruth Horn, CDA Dental Assistant Started in the dental field in 1976. Worked with Dr Crook since 1996. Ruth and her husband Steve love to sail.
	Lisa Ann Robertson Dental Assistant Started in the dental field in 1985. Worked with Dr Crook since June 2000. Lisa is married to Steve with one son, Jared.
	Courtney Osborn Hygiene Assistant Interned with Dr. Crook for five months, hired as full time employee in May 2003.Courtney lives at home with her family. She Plans to attend college in the spring.
